Presenting someone a gift or especially a wedding favor to someone needs you to put your thought into how you can make the covering appeal to them. Implementing an inspired strategy and using the versatile ribbon, it can be achieved quickly and efficiently in easy steps. Here, we will guide you on how to tie a bow on a personalized favor ribbon.

What you Need?
  • The favor bag
  • Ribbon in color or print that matches well with the bag outer appearance and with your message, name initials or whatever you want imprinted on the ribbon
Steps to Tie Bow

  1. Make a loop with the ribbon, but make sure to intersect above the personalization name or message.
  2. Now hold the loop and bring it down to the point of intersection in a way that the inside of the ribbon top is touching the back of the intersection point.
  3. Tie the favor with the curling ribbon and against this knot place the bow in place carefully.
  4. Now tie the bow with the curling ribbon tails. The knot should not be too firm or too loose; it must be just in degree to hold the ribbon position securely. Add another knot to keep it secured and for avoiding any future chance of the knot being slipped open.
  5. Now you just need to curl the ends of the curling ribbon and get your bow done perfectly.
  6. Repeat this procedure for other favor bags and presents as well. Simple, easy and quick.
This method can be attempted for a small or big favor bag, picking the varying relative size ribbon. And if you want to tie the bow using a hang tag, you can include that too in the bow by sliding the hang tag through the ribbon.
